Review: The Man from Beijing

The Man from Beijing by Henning Mankell My rating: 2 of 5 stars This book started out so strong, but was hard to finish. The different parts of the story line were interesting, but their potential fizzled way too early in the book. The only thing that kept me reading was a hope that the same story teller that started the tale would finish it. Didn't happen. View all my reviews

Review: The Boy in the Suitcase

The Boy in the Suitcase by Lene Kaaberbøl My rating: 3 of 5 stars Decent story. It went in way too many directions for the longest time. It did all come together in the end, but it was excruciating getting there. View all my reviews
